Bird in Hand Golf Society Launches with Charity Golf Day for NARS
We’re excited to announce the launch of the Bird in Hand Golf Society, formed by our very own local pub in Wreningham! To kick things off in style, the Society is hosting its first-ever golf day in support of a fantastic local cause — the Norfolk Accident Rescue Service (NARS).
Event Details
Date: Wednesday, 18th June 2025
Location: Mattishall Golf Club
Time:
- 8:00 AM – Arrival for bacon sandwiches and coffee
- 9:00 AM (approx.) – 18 holes of golf (likely in Texas Scramble format)
- Afternoon – Return to the Bird in Hand, Wreningham for a delicious 2-course meal and prize presentations
Cost:
£60 per person – includes food, golf, a donation to NARS and all the fun of the day.
