At the heart of our South Norfolk village community

Welcome to the Wreningham Village Hall website. The hall is used for regular events & activities by both village residents and other groups, clubs & social activity organisers.

“Wreningham Village Hall” is a UK registered charity (284991) and is run & managed by trustees and other volunteers from the village for the use of inhabitants of the village & the neighbourhood.

Throughout the year, there are also other events & occasional activities that take place. You can see what’s happening by using the Events page

If you are interested in hiring the hall, we use the Hallmaster Booking system. You can find the relevant information, hire rates, availability etc and make an on-line booking by using the Hallmaster Bookings Calendar.

The building has 2 areas that are available. The main Wreningham village hall which is a large space & can accommodate around a 180-250 people. It has a stage & a kitchen area & toilets.

There is a second smaller room adjacent to this (referred to as the Margaret Preston room or Witch & Wren bar). There is no access to the kitchen area unless the large hall has also been hired.

Both spaces have access to the bar area and disabled toilet facilities.

The smaller room, which is called the “Witch and Wren” (or the Margaret Preston room) is a community bar run mainly by volunteers for the benefit of the community.  Regular opening nights are Thursday and Friday, but events are hosted throughout the year.

No membership is required.

The main hall and the smaller room are available for hire to both villagers and the public.

Outside there is parking for about 50-60 cars.
