Wreningham Village Hall uses the Hallmaster System to process booking requests and invoices.
Some points to note before making a booking:

- There are 2 main areas available for hire. The Main Hall (including the kitchen) and the Witch & Wren (Margaret Preston) room. Please note that the kitchen is only available as part of the Main Hall booking.

- Both the Main Hall and Witch & Wren room have access to the bar, if required.
Step 1:

- To make a booking request please go to the Hallmaster Bookings Calendar and check availability. The Main Hall bookings are shown in green and the Witch and Wren bookings are shown in blue.

- Click on the + symbol on the date you wish to book. Existing users can log in, new users can simply register for an account. In both cases you will be directed to an online booking request form.
Step 2:
When completing the booking request form, please note the following:

- The booking will be extended by 10 minutes at both the beginning and end to ensure there is no overlap with other events.

- Additional Line Items are used to request the bar at your event. Please select as appropriate.

- Privacy
This field defaults to private, which means that on the calendar it will not show the event title or any details. If you are making a booking which will have the public attending, then you will need to change this to one of the Public options. (Select as appropriate): -

- Private – no details of your booking except the room and times and the label Private Event will be shown.

- Public – contact details hidden – means that only the event name and the description of your event will be shown on the website.

- Public – the event name, organiser/contact name, phone number and email address and the description of your event will be shown on the website.

- Privacy
Do not worry if you enter these items incorrectly, this can be changed by the Bookings Manager later.

- Event Start/Finish Time – please complete*. (More information on completing this section below).
- Bar Start/Finish Time – please complete with the start and finish times for the Bar.
* Please note that if you have chosen either of the Public options, the times that you put here will be used as the event times in the Events Calendar pages of the Wreningham Village Hall website (wreninghamvh.social), the weekly email updates & the village newsletter (The Mardle).
For example, you may have booked the hall from 19:00pm to 22:00pm, but your event actually starts at 19:30 and finishes at 21:30pm. Please complete the sections above as appropriate.

- Would you like a pre visit prior to your event? – please tick if appropriate. The Bookings Manager will then email you separately to arrange once your booking is confirmed.
Step 3:

- Save the event – once the event has been saved, the booking request will be sent automatically to Wreningham Village Hall Bookings Managers via Hallmaster for review. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
Note:
Your requested event will appear in the online calendar as a Provisional Booking pending confirmation.
For one-off bookings, an invoice will be generated once your booking is accepted and payment is due within 14 days.
For recurring bookings, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice being generated.
